On September 12, 2017 Microsoft™ released an update that is affecting many document management software systems and their customers. This update for Microsoft .Net has caused many of our Content Central customers to experience issues with scanned images going to an “unprocessed” folder on the Content Central server or for scanned images to appear blank. Primarily, we are seeing this affect customers that are using Zonal Capture and/or QCards.
