There are two ways to View Documents in a Packet:

Viewing Documents in a Packet - Option 1

  1. Login is as user with VIEW and SEARCH permission to the specified Document Type Packet Member.
  2. In the Results Grid, click to highlight a document from the Primary Document Type or a Document Type Member.
  3. In the Grid Menu –
    • Click ‘Packet’. Packet Documents Window will pop out, showing the Packet Results Grid, where document in the Packet and other information are listed.

Viewing Documents in a Packet using Search By Packet- Option 2

  1. Login is as user with VIEW and SEARCH permission to the specified Document Type Packet Member.
  2. Click ‘Search’ to go the Search Page.
  3. Click to CHECK ‘Search by Packet’.
  4. Under ‘Packets’, click to CHECK the packet to search.
  5. Enter Field for the Key Field to Search.
  6. Click ‘Search’ button.

The results grid will show documents that are linked to the searched packet based on the key field.
