When replacing a document, the existing document is changed/replaced by a new document, while retaining the document properties.
- Log in as user or member of a group with EDIT permission to the Catalog and Document Type of the document to be replaced.
- Click to highlight the document in the Results Grid.
- In the Results Grid Menu, click ‘Modify’ > ‘Replace’ > select your preference.
- Optionally, in the Results Grid Menu, click ‘Modify’ > ‘Upload Revision’ to upload a revised version of the document.
