When replacing a document, the existing document is changed/replaced by a new document, while retaining the document properties.

  1. Log in as user or member of a group with EDIT permission to the Catalog and Document Type of the document to be replaced.
  2. Click to highlight the document in the Results Grid.
  3. In the Results Grid Menu, click ‘Modify’ > ‘Replace’ > select your preference.
  4. Optionally, in the Results Grid Menu, click ‘Modify’ > ‘Upload Revision’ to upload a revised version of the document.
